SOLVED RokNewsPager issue after updating PHP5.4

I'm currently running PHP 5.4 and
Joomla 2.5.28
Gantry 4.1.31
RokNewsPager 1.7
Template: Momentum

So I'm wanting to upgrade PHP to 5.5, 5.6 but when I do it messed up everything, even on the Administrator side, so I reverted back to PHP5.4. After that, as you can see on the homepage, there is a bunch of code above the RokNewsPager.
Why is this code showing up above the NewsPager accordion menu? And how can we fix it?
Also, when I try to update the Rok extensions/plugins/modules through the Joomla Extension Manager, I receive Update: :Extension: Could not open updates.rockettheme.com/joomla/module/mod_rokajaxsearch/5
Invalid extension update

I presume that you mean Gantry 4.1.31 (not 5.1.31).

Make sure you have the latest version of all RT extensions installed. You have to download legacy plugins from the "extensions" page under the "legacy" tile on our site - they won't show up in joomla updater.
