RT templates not running on servers with apc_fetch not enabled

Hi, I tried to migrate my websites that are based on RT_templates to a new hosting provider that does not enable "apc_fetch" on their shared servers. None of the sites work and told me to find a way to make them work without apc_fetch.
Is there such a way or RT templates cannot be used to all providers?

I see zero reasons why a host wouldn't enable that
Turn off your Joomla caching or change your cache handler to file
