502 Gateway error - Help

Hello,
I've recently started getting 502 gateway errors that are generated by the menu bar of my website. I'm not sure how troubleshoot this issue but I need to figure out whats the root cause because people are complaining about it.
I have the template Cerulean and there is a problem with one of the addons as it relates to menu. Can someone assist me in troubleshooting it?

I found another thread on the error message but there was no fix listed.
