I'm not sure if this is the forum to add this message, but here goes...
A client has requested a FB secure tab on their fan page, and in the process of making this happen, I came across a requirement to have a privacy policy created. So I went to termfeeds to create one and suddenly (I know from what I've read this has been around for years now) I discovered that their is some DNT HTTP header that is required to make this "work".
That said, do Rockettheme templates already come with this coded or is this something I need to add to the site? If it is something I need to add, does anyone have any instructions on how I do this?
Thanks!
Doreen
The DNT (Do Not Track) request header indicates the user's tracking preference. It lets users indicate whether they would prefer privacy rather than personalized content.
I'm confused then...
It states that I need to comply to this law by adding a disclosure to the Privacy Policy that informs users if we respond or if we don’t to the “Do Not Track” browser setting.
How do we "respond"? Is it a setting somewhere on the site that needs to be "turned" on?

Nope, you don't need to do anything its nothing built in we don't collect any information from Gantry and from Template from a user that will reveal his location or any other information like that.
