Basic installation of Rocket Launcher Problems.

I am a newbie newbie. Firstly I apologise as this is probably a very basic question but am having problems with using Rocketlauncher TO install a template.
Firstly, have made a subdomain with my host which I hope to use as a demo site, e.g a music store example.
My problem is this:
I followed the video tutorial re Rocket Launcher. I tried manually to make my SQL databases but really had no idea of what I was doing. My Hosting Company has recommended I use Fantastico to make my databases etc.
Fantastico has made the SQL databases, and has installed Joomla 1.0 in the demo site public folder.
I have uploaded both Joomla 1.0 and 1.5 Hivemind Rocket Launcher files to into the Public_html folder using FTP. As a result I have both of these folders as well as the 1.0 install that Fantasico put in there.
How do I actually get the Rocketlauncher to work from here?
