It's your decision what security product to purchase. Any security product will prevent issues like this happening again but they will not necessarily clear the issue that you have (some products are better than others on specific infection types). You have to find the infected file or post containing the malware and remove that malware code. You may also have to request google to rescape your site once the infection is removed to correct their index of your site.
There is no issue with any RT products. Your site has been hacked and malware introduced because of a lack of an effective security product on your site.

No idea sorry. The ?s=xxx us just a way of using search in wp. - you can use any string you like after the s= and it will use wp search to look through the content of your site.
Again, thus is nothing to do with any RT products.
