Media Mogul and RokNewsRotator

Ok.. Been running a few 1.0 Joomla sites for a while and decided to install a 1.5 version. I installed the Media Mogl template, then the RokNewsRotator module. Here's the issue I am having.
No matter what position I set the RokNewsRotator module to I can't get it to appear above the Latest News section. I must be doing some little thing wrong since it's obvious it's meant to appear at the top of the page. But in my case, it's always below the Latest News
