Incorrect Password at Login, after duplicating site

I am working with a client who has chosen to host the site we created in 1.0 joomla. The Site was working fine and I was able to login from the back end many times. The recent transition has now affected me to login. Is there any files I should look for through FTP client, to see to they copied everything over. The Site is comming come fine its just not letting me in the back door. (Have access to FTP into site)

I have duplicated my site and I know the username and password. But when I enter it in it comes back with the following:
http://www."mywesbitename".com/administrator/index.php?mosmsg=Invalid%20Session
When I enter in an incorrect user/pass it gives me the proper response.
Did I do something wrong in duplicating site? I can see homepage on my dup site but links dont work either. help??? - Thanks,
