Got an error when trying to upload a new template

Hi My name is Vincent !
When I try to upload a new template on my website, I get a message :
"ERROR 500"
"Premature end of script"
I've contacted The hosting company .... they tell me that they don't support scripts. They told me that I needed to contact the supplier of the Script!
Can somebody help ?

- You'll want to upload the template manually, i.e. extract the zip locally and upload the folder to Joomla's /templates directory

What can cause joomla not to upload the template directly from admin section ?
It looks like an extraction problem of the compressed file!

Well, it could be your server php settings that don't allow for it. But we test all the packages before release and all were operational so I will bets its related to your server.
