    RESOLVED: Errors when saving the Configuration.

    • What does this error mean, and how do I resolve it?

      JClientHelper::setCredentialsFromRequest failed

      This happens when I try to save the configuration.

      Also, when I try saving the configuration file, I get the following error:

      JFTP::write: Bad response
      An Error has occurred! Unable to open configuration.php file to write!

      My params.ini file is writeable. My configuration.php file is writeable. My template index.php file is writeable.

      Any ideas?

      UPDATE:

      I found that all of my directories were "unwriteable" ;-) Once changed, it now works.
