    • I am stuck, and have a problem installing the template Colormatic.

      I get the error message:
      JFolder::create: Path not in open_basedir paths
      Template Install: Failed to create directory "/usr/home/web/web79329/nortrax.no/templates/rt_colormatic_j15"

      My open_basedir is /home/web/web105179:/var/tmp:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/share/pear (from the PHP Info)

      I think the problem is related to that when I enter my site with FTP, the files are sitting in the subfolder nortrax.no. This is not reflected in the open_basedir variable, but I use this setting in my Joomla installation.

      Log folder: /home/web/web79329/nortrax.no/logs
      Tmp folder: /home/web/web79329/nortrax.no/tmp

      I have also tried without using nortrax.no in the subfolder, and that is worse, as it creates more error messages.

      Anyone have a clue? This might be a general Joomla question, but I hope someone can help me.
