Can't get Jumi to work at all on RT_Hyperion site

    • I know this has been mentioned in a couple of places -- something about curly-brace based content plug-ins not working with some Rocket Themes but I would like a definitive answer/solution from the source.

I have installed Jumi ( extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...k_id,1023/Itemid,35/ ) on my Rocket Theme (Hyperion) site but it doesn't work at all. It works on non-RocketTheme sites just fine.

Everything between the opening curly brace and closing is just getting swallowed up. No error, just not working.

Does anyone know what the problem is or have a solution?

      Thanks,

      S

    • Yes, I have the same problem with the RT Afterburnner template. I too would like more information on why this may not be working with RT templates.

      Thanks,

    • Oh, now I remember - I have to use the Jumi Module if I want to include Jumi code into a module position. Works great now.

      Thanks!

    • I know this ad was placed a while ago, but I've recently had the same issue.
I had my SEF's turned on my RT_Reaction Theme, along with the .html added to the friendly urls.
I was pulling in .php files for the jumi content and since I had .html urls... the .php files wouldn't show up. So turn off the .html extensions in the global configuration if you want jumi to pull your php files.
