my mountain bike club's website address is

I recently updated this website from the mobius to the metamorph template. The problem I am having is with the any modules which require any form of submission such Jcal pro,calendar, the login form and our membership form. New submissions work fine on the old Mobius templates but on the new one they get redirected to a search page, as I say reverting to the old template works fine can anyone shed any light why this should be the case
