Trying to Upload template with Rocket Launcher

- I recently tried to upload a template using rocket launcher. First the web provider i'm using has a 7 meg upload limit when I try to upload the zip file. I then uncompressed the file and had to load it a piece at a time. I now have all files uncompressed on my hosting site. The problem is, "how do I now install the template. Please help.

- By the way, the template is loaded in a folder. I'm able to ad sites to my hosting space so I divide my sites up by folders. I'd like the template to install into that folder. So when it's up, it will already be in that domain position. I notice sometimes it will piggyback on the site in the root directory. (just for info)
