login error

I have noticed with Versatility 4 theme and one other which I have tried to date that if somebody clicks the login button with or without entering their details a page comes up with following error
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: stripos() in /home/canadeba/public_html/libraries/joomla/environment/uri.php on line 675
Please help thank you

You may get this error when trying to edit or trying to login from the frontend:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: stripos() in /home/content/html/libraries/joomla/environment/uri.php on line 675
