how do I change title "Welcome to front page"

This is a simple question, but I am lost! How to I change the Title "Welcome to Front Page" On my website this can be seen when viewing source, but I can't figure out what file it is located on in Joomla. ???
Can anyone help with this?

Hello,
Go to Menu > Main Menu and select your 'Home' link.
You will find to change the title under the Parameters on the right.
