It's not in the Joomla dir. It should be on your server somewhere

I download php.ini file from my previous joomla site and upload to new website.
I changed the display error to off but the issue still exists.
I attached the php.ini file. Would you please have a look i might have changed it incorrectly.

This issue is solved!
What you do is
you need to get the hosting with 5quid.co.uk and once you log in to cpanel, you click on Fantastico and it does every thing for you!
