Someone has Hijacked My Website!

At least that what it looks like. The website is
www.sbgmin.org
and apparently everyone can go there seeing the Index page, but when i go there I get this page:
www.ilovecuttact.com
. I checked the source page and isure enough both of our info is on the page.
I called my webhost and he can't figure it out, even after I told hm that sbgmin is the only website with a different IP than all my other sites (I'm using a reseller program). i can't seem to remove the IP address or the website, and when I create over it, I can't get into the admin area.
Any suggestions? Why is it I'm the only one seeing this site and noone else? And how do I get rid of it? I'm trying to better understand IP's. Could that be the culprit?

Yes, they are correct. What is strange is that the IP is totally different from the others on the same account. I spoke with the webhost of the reseller account, and they don't seem to know what's happening. They say they see the "Index" when they go to the page, so I'm the only one apparently seeing what is now a page that doesn't when I load joomla.
