Unable to edit files on computer

    • Hi guys,
      Using XP SP3.

While working with the template files locally, on my own computer, i have been having this problem for awhile, on a few templates:
1.) When creating a sub folder inside a main folder containing the templates, and then trying to move, or create files inside that sub folder I get an error:
"Cannot copy (name of file): Access is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and athat the file is not currently in use."

(currently working on files in Replicant v2 1.5 version)

2.) I cannot move files whose names are too long. The number varies of characters varies, which is confusing, but usually not longer than 30 characters.

3.) if i move the subfolder out of the folder with the templates i don't have any problems with it.

3.) Sometimes I can not open or edit the template files due to windows access errors.

I know this is kinda vague but if anyone can help i would be quite thankful. Have been unable to find anything on the internet for windows problems or in the forums.

Does anyone know if there are some kind of special protections put on the Rocket Theme template files?

      Thanks,
      Mike

    • Found answer. Was using old version of PowerArchiver. Re-extracted using 7-zip. All is cool now.
