I apparantly have a fake user register to my site (the name and email address both look bogus). Also, my site runs DT Donate and several fake user records were created in the DT Donate database. What should I do to secure the site?
It runs Joomla! 1.5.7 and has been up for less than a month. I don't want to upgrade to J1.5.8 because, for the other sites I've upgraded, I've had various issues (can't log in from front end; other little quirks).
Any suggestions on what I should do? Nothing harmful has happened yet and I don't want someone/something to completely screw up the site.
