Rocketlauncher Terran Tribune installation keeps failing

Hi,
I am new to Joomla and RT. I have downloaded the Rocket launcher package as I wanted to keep the same table and other default settting. Locally it was working fine but when I upload to my website then I am having a warning and then it fails. For uploading,
I uploaded Rocket launcher as a zip file,
I unarchived it and then
changed the name of the directory to Joomla.
When I go to my URL/joomla, it asks me to install. In the last screen of instalation where it asks to remove the installation directory, I recieve a warning and then nothing works if I try to go to Administrator. Here is the warning:
Warning: file_put_contents(D:\Hosting\3177788\html\joomla\configuration.php) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\3177788\html\joomla\installation\installer\models\model.php on line 850
Quick help would be much appreciated.

- Did you remove the installation directory from root directory
- Quick tips::
1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
3) Use in firebug
