I would like to -
1. move the Top Menu hor-bar down below a masthead image
2. change the menu to a 2 tier hor-bar vs a drop down hor-bar
Can this be done & where to start?

Getting the menu to show two rows, I'm guessing like a split menu set up, will take some more work.

You will be able to attach files in posts if you dont use the Reply field below the threads, but click on the orange "Post Reply" button first. In the next screen you can attach files, see screenshot.
