Tools for workflow management from local to live server?

Hi,
we are developing our joomla sites locally.
Usually, we are updating site contents always on local site, then we manually sync with the remote site using ftp & phpmyadmin.
In some cases (eg. bandwidth limitation) it can be a waste of time, because we are replacing the entire site & DB, regardless of the contents changed (normally we change 1-2% of the whole site).
Is there joomla extension or external tool capable of sync only changed contents?
I have searched on the JED but nothing seems to meet my needs.

There's been talk around here recently of
JoomlaPack
... but I don't think that's going to save you any bandwidth.
Aside from writing something yourself mate, I don't think you're going to have much joy. The database part is easy, finding which files to replace (using a filesize match for instance) could be a bit hit-and-miss.
Honestly, I'd just keep chewing bandwidth. I think that the time spent trying to write something to do the job properly will cost you 3 times as much as you could ever use in bandwidth. - Ragdata's Rubber Duck

JoomlaPack seems to meet all my needs, i will try him and report feedback later in this thread.
