    • I'm running 4 Joomla sites which are all running RocketTheme template. (Not sure if this has anything to do with it), however - for some reason all of my sites went down and I get this error message on the homepage of each: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' .... line 89

      Does anyone have any feedback on what could be causing this?

    • Ok, Guys... my host is beginning to suck! I hope this helps someone else.

      When this error occurs, this means your site has been hacked. There are several forums talking about this issue - however the shortest (and I do mean the shortest) route to fixing it is listed below.

      1. Apparently, your site is hacked when this happen. Thus whatever script is being used is inserting a line of code in your index.php at the very, very bottom. I compared my RocketThem index to what was in my root - thus finding the issue.

      2. First - CHANGE YOUR HOST PASSWORD.

      3. Open the Index.php, then remove the line of code and place the file back in your root.

      This should fix your issue. Well at least it fixed my 4 sites. I hope this helps someone else.
