Multiple templates after migration

I Have a Joomla 1.0 installation at TrinitySolarSystems.com with a different template for the front page and the rest of the site.
I did a migration to 1.5 to flexiblepower.net
The site looks fine see:
flexiblepower.net/index.php?option=com_c...rticle&id=4&Itemid=3
Except the front page has the default Joomla Template and I can't seem to change it. I want the entire site to have the same template on the migrated site.
Someplace, something is telling the site to make the front page template different - I can't find where.

- Check your template manager to see if another template has been "assigned" to the front page menu item.
