    • hi again,

can you try a different browser?
there are mostly 3 reasons why certain characters can show worng:

      1. the database collation should be utf-8
if it is your own joomla site, check in the joomla admin under > help > system info

if your collation is anything else, then you will have issues with farsi characters. in this case, please contact your host to change this for you.

      2. it could be a wrong setting in your browser.
for example in firefox go to > view > character encoding... this should be set to unicode (utf-8)

      3. a font is used which does not support certain characters.

      hope this helps, kat :)

    • Thanks for your soon reply
1-I checked the site info and it was utf8_general_ci
      2- in firefox encoding option it's utf8
3- i'm using font than named Tahoma that the best option for farsi websites!

i was using K2 for this website and after some problem i rather to back to joomla articles etc, after that this problem is solved and everything changed and strenged.
