top menu not working in IE

This is ridiculous! I've been a loyal member for a couple of years now. I've periodically renewed my membership when I get a run on web sites. And now you're telling me that I have to pay you to receive a "bug fix" on one of your templates????
You sell something - I buy it - it doesn't work correctly - I have to pay to get it fixed.
I'm very frustrated!
