Hello,
Hope right spot. What is the best way to change/manipulate/move items in the template.
Simply:
Should the use of modifying the css files be the only way
or
Should one learn to use fireworks and then re-arrange it there.
Things to change:
moving menu bars around; changing colors of the menu and images backgrounds;
inset size movement; header size and movement.
Things like that.
Not necessarily all at the same time
Just trying to see what is best in others opinions

Yes, modfying the CSS usually takes care of layout problems but sometimes you will need to change a litte PHP or resize images. I suggest you start learning Firebug and read up on CSS
