SOLVED How to change spelling of "uncategorised" ?

Hello,
I'm sure whoever made Joomla spelled this word correctly, but in the US, we generally spell it as "uncategorized" (with a Z). Does anyone know where I can go to change the spelling of this default category? It is not available within the Section/Category Managers.

Thanks for your reply. What I did was went ahead and installed that US English language pack you suggested. (I didn't know there were 2 English versions!) And after doing that, I also had to do the following:
In the Extensions drop down menu, click Language Manager.
Select "US English" as the default language for both the "Site" section and the "Administrator" section of the Language Manager.
A side note for anyone still having trouble even after following the steps above... I saw that there is an option in each user's or manager/admin's account to choose which language to use.
