authentication.php on line 121 problem!

Hello everyone, I recently had to reinstall joomla. I had a database backup so I imported that in, but once I did I can't login to my admin control panel and I get this error:
public_html/libraries/joomla/user/authentication.php on line 121
I searched around and found a few fixes, but none worked. They included checking permissions on the plugins folder and authentication folder. Both folders are set to 755 and the file to 644.
Another fix was to go into the users tables and find the administrator table and reset the password. The last fix claimed you should delete the plugin folder and just copy it again. None of these have fixed my problem. Does anyone have any idea or have come across this problem before?

- I fixed it.. There was two authentication plugins published at the same time. The normal joomla authentication and facebook connect. I'm assuming that since facebook connect hasn't been re-installed yet, it caused this error.
