How do I update demo content with second template install?

A few weeks ago I installed the Versatility 4 template with full demo content using RocketLauncher. I have only played around with settings a bit (getting to know Joomla as a newbie) and have not changed or added any content.
Today I decided I like Mixxmag better so installed that -- just template package -- 'cause instructions said only use RocketLauncher on a new Joomla install. No problem with install, but...
Oops! Now I have the Mixxmag template and the Versatility demo content. Ugh! I'd really really like to start fresh with the Mixxmage content and remove the Versatility content.
How can I do this? Can RocketLauncher only be used once -- during initial Joomla, etc., install on a particular site -- as the instructions seem to indicate?
Oh, I have not yet installed any of the Mixxmag extensions (if that matters). I'd definitely like the rockbox menu do function like it does in the Mixxmag demo, not the Versatilitiy demo.

Ok. Thanks for your reply. Please excuse my paranoia, but a new ("clean" as you say) install via RocketLauncher... will that reinstall Joomla! as well? Are there any issues with overwriting my current install of Joomla (database settings, etc.,.) and the recent upgrade to 1.5.10 that I already did? Or will Joomla stay intact and the Mixxmag content and template just get updated?

Thanks again for the reply. However, at risk of infuriating you (please be kind to the newbie)...
I don't know how to do what you are asking:
- Delete current install - Where? How? Are we talking about deleting V4 template or Joomla or both? Is this a press of a button(s) or deleting of files/folders? Incidentally, I'm still confused as to whether the RocketLauncher installs Joomla -- or not -- along with a RocketTheme template (my take on the website instructions is that it's a bit vague).
- drop the tables - when I go into PHPMyAdmin it's not obvious to me as to how to accomplish this and I don't want to muck things up. (This is my first foray into all of this; I've been an old school static html hack until now -- ok, still a hack, but...)
Can you get more specific (really specific)? If not, I can likely find what I need in Joomla and MyPhpAdmin documentation. I'm a fairly quick study so if I can just get through this once... (...teach me to fish...)
Any additional tips will be much appreciated. Thanks again!!

Thanks Prim,
In the link Prim provided, take a look at the screen shot:
All the tables in your database will appear.
Note the size of the 'wp_bad_behaviour_log' table - this is one to be emptied in this example.
At the bottom of the screen, you'll see 'check all' and 'with selected'
Click on 'check all' , then 'with selected' > 'drop'
If your V4 install is in its own folder / directory, delete the folder.
If your install is in htdocs or public_html, delete the files adn folders associated with the install leaving the rest.
Takes a look at the screen shot, these are the files for a Joomla install.... just delete those leaving any other folder that may belong to something else or are part of your set-up, e.g., cgi-bin. - Thanks,
