AVG virus protection is throwing up major flags and I can't open my site. Can anyone take a look?

UDPATE: ok, through my host we were able to discover and redo some things. I reuploaded the original index.php files for each template (there are actually 3 sites hosted under mine) and they all seem to work now. How can I prevent this from happening again?
UPDATE: ok, it happened again. Can someone please look at my sites and tell me what's wrong? My host support said, "Oh, AVG's just crabby..." (well, not really, but close enough)
UPDATE: Ok, we finally figured it out. Someone had hacked my side and entered a small script on all my index.html pages. It's fixed now. If anyone reads this and they can help with fabrik and captcha, that would be great. I've posted on the fabrikar forum, but you never know when they'll be able to help.... - Last Edit: 15 years 11 months ago by Maria Dacus.

- My host said that someone hacked me and added some java script to my site...How can I add captcha (or something more) to my login?

I just realized ya'll probably don't know I'm still struggling with this since I've only been editing posts and not adding...
I really need someone to look at my sites - my hosts aren't seeing what I'm seeing.
www.createforme.net , www.shoestringshoalshideaway.com , www.gulfcoastbaseball.net
and their respective administrator sites. They are popping up flags on avg and sometimes won't open, or sometimes they will run, but I can't access everything (mostly in admin - lots of blank pages)
my hosts says, "Don't use avg", I say, "What if other people are - I need it to work" He says, " "
