Why Do My Forums Do This in Different Browsers??

Hi,
We have a phpBB board on our site and for some reason, it shows up a little different in IE than it does Firefox...anybody know why?

I'm guessing I cannot fix this because if I fix it in IE it would probably show up wrong in Firefox and vice versa. Just wanted to know.
