Need Sub-Menu Expansion Help

I have a website where I have names of pages that are too long and they go off of the edge of the sub-menus on the site. The link is

If you hover over courses and then American Heart Association you will then see what I am talking about. Anyone have a solution to this? Thanks for your help.

you could increase the width of the menu dropdown.
