Issues with Firefox and IE Not Showing JavaScript Items

Hello All,
A couple of issues:
1) IE 8 - Windows Vista: visiting my site: http://www.vmwusa.org and the clock in the upper right corner of the page isn't showing up like a clock with hands like it should...just showing digital readout. Same thing happens in most recent version of Firefox. I just got a new OS so I'm wondering if its Vista or not?? Works fine in IE 7 and recent version of Firefox on my old laptop. I also get this message in the IE 8 Error:

Looks like it's working fine to me.
Can you try viewing it in IE8 with the IE7 help thing on?
If this is the case, you can try this fix:

Were anyone of you at RT able to help with my other question here - I'll PM you the login info. This is more of a problem and I need this resolved. I don't know what to do about it.
Issues:
1) If you visit my site: http://www.vmwusa.org , while not logged in, clicking the articles in the news main rotator and "Other News..." both work fine.
2) If you log in (PM me for username/password) and do the same thing, after clicking, they take you back to the frontpage.
3) There are also other links that don't work on the site like this one: http://vmwusa.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=75&Itemid=110%20Click Click "Joe's Bio" and it does the same thing.
Is it a Javascript problem/issue?
Why would other folks have no problem and I would on two different computers/locations??

Ben or someone else...
If you view the site on ie8, the main rotator and the clock on the upper right corner are not working. They work fine in the newest version of Firefox. I uninstalled Adobe Flash Player and reinstalled it and no change...anybody know why?? I also tried viewing the site in ie8 with it's "Compatibility Mode" on and still a no go.

On Windows XP in IE8 with compatibilty on and off, the clock is working for me fine. The audio thing that you have is showing an error message and it looks like is a known error that hasn't been fixed yet. Whatever add-on this is, is most likely the one causing the issue.
Here's the message it's showing in it's place on IE8:
{audio}mp3/PSA60.mp3{/audio}
The site is best viewed with Firefox v3.0.9 and Internet Explorer v7 and Windows XP Operating System. The newer versions of these browsers and Windows Vista OS work, but with some bugs.
Try disabling this extension and see if the page loads fine for you then.
Maybe try using RokBox for this video or audio clip. You can make a custom thumbnail image as a button for it and have it pop up in cool rokbox style!

Ahhhh...that is probably the problem then...I'm using Vista (not really fond of it thus far; but only have been using it for about 1wk). The clock works in ie7 here at my job, but the IT folks aren't launching ie8 yet because of all the hiccups. This is probably a closed topic now!
