    • Hi,

      I am previously a member of your subscribed customer. I have updated my phpbb3 forum to version 3.0.5

      I am currently using the hivemind_dark styles on my forum. After I have updated phpbb to the latest version, I encounter an error message below (forum mainpage loads but error appear upon visiting subforums):
      template->_tpl_load_file(): File ./styles/hivemind_dark/template/jumpbox.html does not exist or is empty

      The same error or otherwise similar error message occur for hivemind_light (the forum main page would not load at all):
      template->_tpl_load_file(): File ./styles/prosilver/template/hivemind_dark.php does not exist or is empty

      The affected forum is in url: www.notd-aftermath.com/forum

      Any advice is appreciated.

    • All the phpbb themes have been updated to reflect the changes made in 3.0.5, it is worth getting yearly subscriptions even if you use only one template.

    • Thus the error is caused by an incompatible version and not due to forum mods?

      I would subscribe to rockettheme if the issue can be solved by the new patch and not because of the forum mods.

      Can you verify this for me?

    • Not sure that I'm reading that error right, but there is no jumpbox.html file in the hivemind template files. I have the light version installed and running, but not the dark right now so I can't try to replicate the issue.

      phpBB3 uses a template override system and the RT templates pull from the ProSilver template anything that isn't included in RT styling and structure. This is done to make updates smoother.

      See if there is a file named that in the ProSilver template and then just copy it over to the hivemind directory.
