When I go to my domain, there is no Joomla install

I get a 404 ERROR MSG
The browser window reads:http://www.mydomain.com/installation/index.php
I cannot figure out what went wrong here.
All the files look like they were successfully uploaded.
Can anyone help me resolve this?

After you install Joomla you have to delete the installation folder before proceeding.
Login to your Joomla cpanel at www.mydomain.com/administrator
