    • Hi there,

      I have a new J! install - v 1.5.11.

      I seem to be having problems uploading some of your templates - i've tried to upload refractions and mixmag to no availl.

      The error message i'm getting is: JFTP::write: Bad response Unable to write entry

      FTP setting are all correct - the folder rt_refractions is being created within /templates, but as its not installing correctly when i select the template, most functionality is not rendering correctly.

      On other occassions i get the old:

      'Internal Server Error
      The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. blah blah please contact administrator, root@localhost etc...

      I'm pulling out my hair here - anyone got any ideas? I was going to give fasthosts a call, but i know they don't offer joomla support directly if that makes sense (plus i dont really know what to ask them as i don't know what the problem is)?

      If anyone could help me that would be great - Happy for one of you to login to my backend (its a clean install) - providing i give them to you via email (would rather not post here :) )

      I think this is not the template problem, but your server problem. What is your hosting server?

      thanks for responses - after doing the work through with fasthosts and it working ok for them, it turned out to be an IE error my end (tried with FF and its all good).

      What a drama!

      All sorted now :)
