RokNewsRotator not showing text on certain screens

Using Terran Tribune on
www.sterlingtree.com/backupnew
there are some articles that leave out the text in the RokNewsRotator like on the Home Page and some other tabs on the main menu.
The Rok Mini News also does not work for those menus.
Any ideas why some tabs work and others don't?
