500 Internal Server Error when installing a template

Hi everyone,
I've been trying to install a few templates into my Joomla 1.5 but they keep prompting the following error:
The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.
The script had an error or it did not produce any output. If there was an error, you should be able to see it in the error log.
The only template I've been able to install successfully is Versatility 4. The ones that have been failing me are Affinity and Versatility 3.
Any idea why?

- Also, Try uploading the unzipped folder of specific template to templates folder
- Quick tips::
1) Clear your browser cache if changes dont reflect
2) Provide link to your site to help us help you better
3) Use in firebug
