I have backed up and re uploaded a site using joomlapack. when i access the newly uploaded site the editor will not work and when i try to turn it on i get this warning "An Error has occurred! Unable to open configuration.php file to write!"
i think this could be a problem with the new server settings? but i am not sure. can anyone help. - Last Edit: 15 years 6 months ago by George Hassan.

Hello,
Have you tried to chmod it temporary to 777? Don't forget to chmod it back to 644 after you have made change
