    • I'm trying to upload a template from which I purchased one of my websites and not be installed. But I followed exactly the instructions and no tutorial I recorded on the control panel of joomla.

    • Please don't get me wrong, but I think your post is like you going to the doctor and tell him only that you are sick, without explain anything at all. :cheesy:

      Please tell what you have been doing so far. Explain your troubleshoothing, Joomla version, just give more detailed information.

      General solution for your problem is if something in a zip folder is not installing through the joomla installer unzip the folder and zipped again. Then try once more. If that does not work, upload the zip file to your server and install the zip folder from the specific URL.

      as luis mentioned already, it is not so easy to help you without knowing what exactly you did.
      maybe the video tutorials will help to get you started...

      the first video shows how to install a template to an already existing joomla install,
      the 2nd video is about the rocketlauncher which includes a joomla install + the template + the demo data as seen in the template demo.
