SOLVED menu items in Affinity

When you click on an article menu item, and get to an article page, for instance:
tonythephoneguy.com/index.php?option=com...icle&id=46&Itemid=53
there is a menu on the left column that is an exact duplicate of what is above. I do not know how to delete that navigation/menu pane all together.
Can you anyone shed some light on this? I want to delete the left column nav on all secondary pages of the site.
