I am getting more email that looks like gibberish than true emails from our 'ask a question about this product' and 'customer service form' on our Mynxx based site. My guess is that it is computer generated phishing activity and I'd like to put some form of authenticator in place. I don't even know what to call it, so I'm having trouble finding it.

That kinda thing is called "Captcha" and comes in various variants

- There are two forms that are popular, Captcha as mentioned above. Look in the Joomla extensions directory, and Re-Captcha which is gaining in popularity.
