JOOMLA INSTALLER ERROR TERROR!

Hello, I need help plz.
I uploaded all of the unzipped file contents to my server in the root, I then went to my homepage, the installation oage shows up BUT says the following:
"PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY
REMOVE THE INSTALLATION DIRECTORY.
You will not be able to proceed beyond this point until the installation directory has been removed. This is a security feature of Joomla!."
I removed the installation directory, then it gave me this message when I went to my homepage:
"Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL" - ========

Thanks, I checked it out, but it still didnt work! I got a new error message now:
jtablesession::Store Failed
DB function failed with error number 1146
Table 'keyshift_lowcarbnosugar.jos_session' doesn't exist SQL=INSERT INTO `jos_session` ( `session_id`,`time`,`username`,`gid`,`guest`,`client_id` ) VALUES ( 'cacb8f3283e5ec1cf18194d28ac9c8b0','1253092383','','0','1','0' )
What does it mean? I removed the installation directory as per its request and this is the message that I get.

- i contacted my hosting provider and they said that it was "localhost" not another ip of location. So I am still having the same problem. I'm about to give up on this rocketlauncher. I have already wasted 2 days on this and no one has been able to resolve this issue for me unfortunately.

- Have you tried renaming the table prefix to jos_ or rok_ it's worth a shot.
- Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

I myself, have faced this error several times with xampp which goes away on refresh
