Joomla / phpBB3 - sitemap out there that combines both?

- I've just installed Joomla and phpBB3 using the tools Rocket Theme provided and everything looks great. I want to install a sitemap, but will I be able to combine both Joomla and phpBB3 into the sitemap? I'm not looking for anything fancy, I just need it for search engine submissions.
