    • I am trying to make modifications to a site but cannot access the actual content in joomlaXplorer(such as logo.png, header.png....) When clicking on the image link, my browser appears with an error screen. The URL in the browser window specifies :
      http//:/public_html/templates/rt_hyperion.../images/light/logo.png

      The following is a conversation I had with my hosting provider(My name is JAson lee the Provider is Harriet):

      I have accessed the location /public_html/templates/rt_hyperion_j15/images/light/.

      jason Lee: yes, now try and view one of the images

      Harriet Anderson: You won't be able to access the images on the browser at http://public_html/templates//rt_hyperi ... font-d.png .

      Harriet Anderson: This is because, there is no domain in the path to access it on the browser.

      jason Lee: exactly, how do i change the url (or path)

      jason Lee: ?

      jason Lee: do i have to change the session.save_path?

      Harriet Anderson: No, not session.save_path.

      Harriet Anderson: It is not possible to change that path in Joomla Administrative interface.

      Harriet Anderson: That is the default path.

      jason Lee: oh, ok, how do i change it? from ipower control panel?

      Harriet Anderson: No, that is not possible to change.

      Harriet Anderson: You need to look for the alternative to access those images.

      jason Lee: ? i dont understand?

      Harriet Anderson: You need to access the image at:

      Harriet Anderson: www.socoldproductions.com/templa ... font-d.png

      Harriet Anderson: If possible, you need to replace public_html with your domain ' www.socoldproductions.com '.

      jason Lee: in your opinion, how the heck do I do that? lol

      Harriet Anderson: You need to contact the Support of Joomla to confirm whether it is possible to change the path Directory: ../public_html in Joomla Administrative interface.

      Harriet Anderson: You need to copy the path from the interface and access it with your domain through browser.

      If you think you might have a solution to the backend issue i am experiencing, please Help!
