Changing width of right column in SolarSentinel

Hi, I've just been trying to change the width of the right column of my SolarSentinel website, but can't for the life of me find where I can do that!
I've looked in the template index and changing that doens't do much, I've also played around with the CSS for teh template and can move almost everything except that one column.
Does anyone know how I can go about it?

- I am having the same issue. I can't view the tutorial on changing columns because it says I am not authorized... What do I need to do to get authorized?
