Two Instances of the Same Template

- How can I load two instances of the Nexus template onto my site, so that I may assign a slightly different configuration of Nexus to a menu item and keep the same general look and feel of the site?

- Thank you... Very helpful... Now I just have the issue that my menus are not showing the extra properties tab that Rokmenu is supposed to activate.
  
  I attempted to uninstall and reinstall, but the plugin is not showing up in my admin (however the com folder does exist)... Any ideas?
