How to backup/move articles?

Hello,
I have about 2000 articles on old web that I wish to move on brand new installation of Reaction template.
The old web ( www.dobrevijesti.info ) is default joomla template. My question is:
How to backup - move that articles and then upload or something in new installation? (and categories, sections if possible)
